(the “Company,” “we,” “our”) has filed a Conflict Minerals Report for the reporting period from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 (the “2017 Conflict Minerals Report”), which is referenced in Item 1.02 below, filed as an exhibit to this Form SD and publicly available on our website at www.polaris.com.
Through our Reasonable Country of Origin Inquiry described in our 2017 Conflict Minerals Report, some suppliers disclosed to us that scrap sources of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold were identified in their supply chains and did not require due diligence. This determination is included in the conflict minerals information publicly available on our website at www.polaris.com.
