On July 18, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2007.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
 
The Registrant has shown income before interest and taxes as a percent of revenue because it believes that this metric provides investors with additional insight into the operational results of the corporation.
