Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 14, 2005, Collins Industries, Inc. issued a press release
announcing that it had filed a Form 12b-25 seeking an extension of time within
which to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the second fiscal quarter
ended April 30, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit
