Item 2.02.                      Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 16, 2009, NovaDel Pharma Inc. (“NovaDel”), a Delaware corporation, issued a press release to report its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished pursuant to this Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
