On April 19, 2019, Ms. Elizabeth A. Abdoo informed Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (the “Company”), the general partner of Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P., of her intention to step down from her position as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary by December 31, 2019 to pursue other interests after 18 years of distinguished service to the Company. The Company intends to initiate a search for Ms. Abdoo’s successor.
