Item 1.
Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.
The securities to be registered hereby consist of the 6.50% Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”) of OFS Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Registrant”). The Notes are expected to be listed on The Nasdaq Global Select Market and to trade thereon within 30 days of the original issue date under the trading symbol “OFSSB”. As of October 16, 2018, the Registrant has sold and issued $46,025,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes, which includes a partial exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, and may issue up to an additional $4,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes pursuant to such option.
