Tesla Inc. Chief Executive Elon Musk said late Wednesday that the electric-vehicle maker sold two-thirds of its bitcoin holdings last quarter because it was "uncertain" about when COVID-related lockdowns in China would alleviate and sought to maximize its cash position.
