Ms. Singer attended Chicago Kent College of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Chicago Kent Law Review. Ms. Singer graduated in 1993 with high honors and was named a member of the Order of the Coif. Before obtaining her J.D., she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, where she graduated with honors. Ms. Singer is licensed and ready to help clients in the State of Illinois.

The first 20 years of her career were in the Insurance industry as a trial attorney. For the past nine years, Ms. Singer has researched various legal issues and prepared briefs.
