On May 2, 2012, we announced we will present at the American Gas Association Financial Forum on Monday, May 7, 2012, in Scottsdale, Arizona, at 1 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (12 p.m. Central Daylight Time).  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
 
Pierce H. Norton II, executive vice president and chief operating officer of ONEOK, will present.
 
The conference will be webcast and will be accessible on the ONEOK website, www.oneok.com.  A replay of the webcast will be archived for 30 days after the conference.
 
We will also post the presentation on our website at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (9 a.m. Central Daylight Time).
