Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
(a) On May 27, 2010, the Registrant entered into a third amended and restated credit and security agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (Wells Fargo), which provides a $12 million line of credit through May 31, 2013, and a real estate term note maturing on May 31, 2012.
