Item 2.02.                             Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On September 24, 2014, Tetra Tech, Inc. (the “Registrant”) reported an update on its previously announced plan to restructure the Remediation and Construction Management (RCM) segment.  A copy of the press release issued by the Registrant concerning the foregoing is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
