On June 17, 2010, The J. M. Smucker Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 30, 2010.  A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
