Item 1.01.Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On August 9, 2018, Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. agreed with the lenders under its $3.4 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility to extend the final maturity date of the credit facility from August 18, 2022 to August 9, 2023 and make certain other changes pursuant to the Sixth Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated August 9, 2018.

 

The foregoing description of the Sixth Amendment to Credit Agreement does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Sixth Amendment to Credit Agreement, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 hereto.
