Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

     The following information is provided pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K, “Regulation FD Disclosure” and Item 2.02 of Form 8-K, “Results of Operations and Financial Condition.”

     On May 4, 2010, World Fuel Services Corporation issued a press release reporting its financial results for the first quarter of 2010.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
