On March 1, 2011, Arrow Electronics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had successfully completed its acquisition of all of the assets and operations of the RF, Wireless and Power Division of Richardson Electronics, Ltd..  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
