(1) | Options are exercisable upon grant. In the event the Reporting Person's employment with the Company is terminated, the Company has the right to repurchase the shares issued upon exercise of the options, at the aggregate purchase price for the repurchased shares, with such right expiring with respect to 100% of such shares, on May 1, 2007. |
(2) | Mr. Johnson was granted a Non-Qualified Stock Option on September 6, 2006, that expired on October 6, 2006 (The "Expired Option"). Due to the Company's inability to issue stock under its stock option plans at that time, Mr. Johnson was not able to exercise the Option by October 6, 2006. The termination date of the Expired Option was extended until March 15, 2007, when it inadvertently expired unexercised. The Option reported above is merely a replacement of the Expired Option. |
