The Western Union Company (the “Company”) will hold a meeting with investors today, September 30, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time in New York. The Company issued a press release on September 29, 2010 relating to such meeting. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. During the meeting, Hikmet Ersek, President and Chief Executive Officer, Scott T. Scheirman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and other members of the Company’s management team will provide the presentation included as Exhibit 99.2 hereto relating to the Company’s long-term strategy.
