Item 1.03 Bankruptcy or Receivership.

On November 11, 2009, Altus Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the "Company") filed a voluntary petition for relief (the "Bankruptcy Filing") under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts (the "Bankruptcy Court"). In connection with the Bankruptcy Filing, the Company has ceased all business activity and operations.
The Company’s Chapter 7 case will be administered by the Bankruptcy Court as Case No. 09-20886.
