Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 15, 2013, Corning Incorporated and Dongxu Group, Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to amicably resolve their dispute over the source of certain fusion-draw technology used by Dongxu and its affiliates. Corning will license to Dongxu certain technology and Dongxu will pay to Corning certain fees to make Gen 6 and below flat panel display glass in mainland China. As part of the agreement, the parties will seek dismissal of the actions filed by Corning against Dongxu in China and Korea.
