(B) On December 11, 2018, Richard Marsh, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary announced his retirement from Myriad Genetics, Inc. (“Myriad” or the “Company”) after the end of our current fiscal year, effective July 1, 2019. Mr. Marsh has served as the Company’s General Counsel for over 16 years. Mr. Marsh has been asked to serve as a Mission President for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which will be a three year assignment. Benjamin Jackson, currently serving as our Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, has been named to succeed Mr. Marsh upon his retirement from the Company. Mr. Jackson started with the Company in 2006, and has held a variety of positions over the years, supporting both commercial operations as well as responsibility for our intellectual property matters.
