On July 19, 2017, Casey's General Stores, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K announcing the election of Cara Heiden to the Board of Directors (“Board”) on July 19, 2017. At that time, Ms. Heiden had not been appointed to serve on any committees of the Board.
On September 15, 2017, Ms. Heiden was appointed to be a member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Risk Committee of the Board.
