and Financial Condition.
On
Wednesday,
July 25, 2007, Celadon Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"),
issued a press release after the close of the market announcing its financial
and operating results for the fourth fiscal quarter and year ended June 30,
2007. Due to certain typographical errors, all of which were immaterial
and did not impact earnings per share, the Company re-released its financial
and
operating results for the fourth fiscal quarter and year ended June 30,
2007. The press release was distributed prior to the open of the market on
Thursday, July 26, 2007. A copy of the corrected press release is
attached to this report as Exhibit 99.
