EXPLANATORY NOTE: The below-referenced earnings press release was disclosed by the Company on a previously filed Form 8-K (the "Original 8-K") on May 13, 2010; however, the "Date of Event" in the EDGAR submission control header of the Original 8-K was listed as May 12, 2009, rather than the correct date of May 12, 2010.
