In connection with ongoing negotiations involving the ad hoc committee representing certain certificateholders of leases regarding NRG REMA LLC (“REMA”), an indirect subsidiary of GenOn Energy, Inc. (“GenOn”), certain financial projections with respect to REMA are being made available to securityholders, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
