During 2003, RCG through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Flightserv, Inc. acquired substantially all the assets of two travel tour companies. Because of the size of the acquisition, the Company anticipates a significant change in operating results as compared to the same period last year. The Company anticipates a net profit from continuing operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2004 in the range of approximately $700,000 to $1,100,000 as compared to a loss of $322,000 for the same period last year and a loss from continuing operations of in a range of approximately $8,000,000 to $8,400,000 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004 as compared to a loss of $710,000 for the same period last year.
