Nokia Litigation Update.

On August 14, 2009, InterDigital, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had received notice indicating that the Chief Administrative Law Judge overseeing the United States International Trade Commission action brought by InterDigital Communications, LLC and InterDigital Technology Corporation against Nokia Corporation and Nokia, Inc. had filed an initial determination finding no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
