Item 7.01    Regulation FD

On September 9, 2014, certain officers of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (the "Company") will be presenting at the 2014 Wells Fargo Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) net lease forum in New York City. The Company will be among a number of public and private REITs represented at this forum and the officers will provide a company presentation to institutional investors. The Company officers will refer to a slide presentation regarding the business and real estate portfolio of the Company. A copy of this presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
