Item 5.03  Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; change in Fiscal Year.

By unanimous written consent effective January 27, 2014, the Board of Directors of IceWEB, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to change its fiscal year end from September 30^th to June 30^th.  The change is intended to even out the seasonal workload and improve management and operational efficiency.  The report covering the transition period will be filed on Form 10-K as of and for the transition period ended June 30, 2014.
