Securities Act of 1933 Act, as amended (the Securities Act), 895,525 shares of the Companys
common stock, par value $1.00 per share (Common Stock), 445,298 shares (out of total filing of
1,604,202 shares) of Common Stock, 2,300,000 shares of Common Stock, 1,100,000 shares of Common
Stock, 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock, 1,556,058 shares of Common Stock, 950,000 shares of Common
