On August 4, 2011, Perfumania Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the sales for the month ended July 30, 2011 (fiscal July 2011) and 2^nd fiscal quarter ended July 30, 2011 for one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Perfumania, which operates specialty retail fragrance stores. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
