On November 30, 2018, OFTC, Inc. a subsidiary of Service Corporation International (SCI) notified its named executive officers that their employment agreements were being extended to December 31, 2019. The named executive officers and the material terms of their employment agreements are summarized in SCI’s proxy statement filed April 10, 2018 under “Executive Compensation Tables - Executive Employment Agreements”, which is incorporated by reference herein.
