CHANGES IN REGISTRANT'S CERTIFYING ACCOUNTANT On October 12, 2004, the Registrant's former accountant, Burdick, Meritt & Associates ("BMA"), declined to stand for re-election. BMA's reports on the Registrant's financial statements for the past two years did not contain adverse opinions or disclaimers of opinion; nor were they modified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles. There were no disagreements with BMA on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which, if not resolved to BMA's satisfaction, would have caused it to make reference to the subject matter of the disagreement in connection with its report. On October 12, 2004, the Registrant engaged Comiskey & Company, P.C. ("Comiskey") as the principal accountant to audit the Registrant's financial statements.
