(“Hertz Holdings”) is filing as Exhibit 99.1 hereto a press release issued on October 1, 2012 by Hertz Holdings announcing the pricing of the private offering by a newly-formed, wholly-owned subsidiary of Hertz Holdings, HDTFS, Inc. (the “Escrow Issuer”), of $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Senior Notes due 2020 and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.250% Senior Notes due 2022. The contents of such press release are incorporated by reference in this Item 8.01.
