The management of SCBT Financial Corporation (SCBT) will participate in the Sandler ONeill + Partners, L.P. (Sandler ONeill) 2012 East Coast Financial Services Conference in Aventura, Florida on November 14-16, 2012. Robert R. Hill, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer, and John C. Pollok, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, will meet with analysts and institutional investors, and will provide the attached investor presentation on Thursday, November 15, 2012. A copy of the presentation will be made available at SCBTs website (http://www.SCBTonline.com) and is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
