Other Events.

On November 17, 2010, Royal Gold, Inc. issued a press release announcing an increase in the Company’s annual dividend from $0.36 to $0.44, payable on a quarterly basis.  The first quarter calendar 2011 dividend of $0.11 per share is payable on January 21, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 7, 2011.
