On April 3, 2008, APAC Customer Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced
that, effective April 7, 2008, Mr. Mark K. Anderson had joined the
Company as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. A copy of the
Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and
incorporated by reference.
