(NYSE: ARD) today jointly announced the release of a White Paper responding to certain issues raised in the reports of RiskMetrics Group, Glass Lewis & Co. and Proxy Governance, Inc. regarding their proposed merger. Proxy Governance, Inc. recommends that both companies stockholders vote in favor of the merger.
