Item 2.02Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 13, 2019, CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2018. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.

Attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report is a slide presentation that the Registrant will use during a conference call commencing at 8:30 a.m. ET on March 13, 2019 to discuss the Registrant’s financial results for the year ended December 31, 2018 and recent corporate developments.
