On July 16, 2013 Flow International Corporation (the “Company”) today announced that it filed a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to delay filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
