Heartland Financial USA, Inc. ("Heartland") has prepared presentation materials (the “Presentation Materials”) that management intends to use from time to time on and after August 10, 2011, in presentations about Heartland’s operations and performance. Lynn B. Fuller, President and Chief Executive Officer of Heartland, and John K.
