Norma’s authentic Italian restaurant in Genk's menu showcases beloved Italian comfort foods like creamy carbonara, slow-simmered Bolognese, and crisp, hot-from-the-oven pizzas. Pasta is freshly made in-house each day. Pizzas bake in an authentic Italian wood-fired oven to achieve the perfect crisp crust and smoky flavor.
“We use classic Italian techniques to prepare the recipes I grew up with,” explained Burgio. “Our food comes straight from the heart of Sicily to yours.”

In addition to incredible flavors, Norma Genk aims to make guests feel like part of the family. Its cozy interior lined with wine bottles and strung with Italian lights transports diners to a trattoria in the Old Country. “We want our customers to slow down, relax, and savor their meal without rushed wait staff hovering,” said Burgio. “Our servers engage with tables like old friends. It’s a more genuine hospitality style typical of Southern Italy.”
