These are the world's best economy and low-cost airlines, according to 13 million travelers

Tokyo-based Japan Airlines topped Skytrax's ranking of the world's best economy class, based on a survey of 13.4 million travelers conducted between September 2019 and July 2021. AirAsia and Southwest Airlines were named the top low-cost airlines.
