The cost for the complete divorce processing in Ontario is $850. The cost covers a mandatory and standard government divorce court fee of $632, tax, initial divorce consult, complete paperwork, serving spouse, and final paperwork.
There is an optional installment payment plan for divorce clients who can't afford to pay all $850 at once. This installment plan is divided into three and costs would be spread over two months.
Ontario lawyers are also recognized to charge a fee of $450 for clients who only wish to process divorce paperwork. This fee is strictly limited to divorce paperwork and consultation services.
Family Court Litigation pricing and processing in Ontario is different from its Divorce processing. Divorce Go Lawyers are known to charge an hourly rate of $250 for its family court litigation. The court litigation includes; a family lawyer for legal advice and negotiations. It also covers the whole paperwork.
