Williams-Sonoma warns of ‘macro uncertainty’ in outlook, stock falls

Cookware and home-goods chain Williams-Sonoma Inc. on Thursday said it was sticking with its full-year outlook this year, but the chain is growing more cautious on "macro uncertainty" in the years ahead.
