Mike Rypka sees a lot of upside in the growth of his Austin-based chain, beyond spreading queso to 14 states: "I really wanted to provide opportunities for my people. So obviously, the more we grow, the more opportunities there are for folks within the organization to move up and have a have a damn good career," he said.
