Hadera Paper Ltd. (the "Company") (AMEX:AIP) announced that, following the Company's press release dated April 12, 2011 and an urgent application of the Company to receive a permit order, on April 17, 2011 a letter from the Water Authority (in practice) was sent to the Company according to which a permit order for discharging treated waste water flow into the Hadera River was granted for a limited period, until conducting an orderly discussion in the subject. The permit order is valid until May 30, 2011 and is in accordance with the instructions set forth in the letter including the water discharging conditions and reporting obligations.
