Open Text Corporation (the Company) is a participant, in accordance with Item 401 of Regulation S-T, in the voluntary XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) program. Exhibit 100 to this Current Report on Form 8-K contains documents formatted in XBRL with information from Open Text Corporation’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2008, filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on February 4, 2009.  The information includes the (i) Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets as of December 31, 2008 and June 30, 2008, (ii) Condensed Consolidated Statements of Income for the three and six months ended December 31, 2008 and 2007, and (iii) Condensed Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the six months ended December 31, 2008 and 2007.
