Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 20, 2005 HuntMountain Resources announced the appointment of Danilo Silva as General Manager of South American Operations and that it is the Company’s intention to acquire and explore precious metal properties in the Patagonia region of Argentina. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
