Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Principal Officers.
On March 29, 2007, Mr. Gregory Witchel resigned as a Director of the Company. The Company has no immediate plans to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Witchel’s resignation.
