Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On April 17, 2006, Services Acquisition Corp. International issued a press release announcing that it had received early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act relating to its proposed merger with Jamba Juice Company.
The press release announcing the receipt of such early termination is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
